Workplace flexibility and balance

AeroInfo Systems encourages positive work/life balance for its staff and is open to flexible relationships such as flexible work hours and our newly introduced telecommuting program. BBQs, breakfasts and a range of fruit and snacks are delivered regularly to the office for staff to enjoy. In honor of the multicultural diversity of our staff, we also celebrate a variety of cultural events throughout the year.

We know that innovation can be inspired in many different ways. Whether it's a special interest group on technology or business trends, or taking time to participate in one of the leisure time pursuits – like foosball or video games – at the office, we know the value of staff interacting and recharging in the workplace.

Medical and dental benefits

AeroInfo funds the premiums for provincial medical, extended health care and dental coverage for our full-time regular employees and their eligible dependents. With broad-based coverage for a variety of treatments including a Health Care Spending Account and an annual fitness and recreation benefit, we aim to help employees stay healthy.

Vacation and other benefits

We recognize the value of time away to pursue personal interests and offer three weeks vacation to starting employees. This entitlement increases up to a total of five weeks after seven years. We also offer a range of benefits such as:
