Modeling vital to problem identification

We’re flexible enough to adapt models such as the successful Aviation Process Model (APM) – proven to help analyze processes within an airline environment – and use them in both the marine and natural resource industries.

Process improvements come from our rigorous approach

We also apply a FAST approach to many customer problems. Using this process we break down functions and examine them from the inputs to the desired end result to help recognize areas for process improvement. Through this process we were able to help one of the world’s leading producers of base metals increase its extraction capacity and address a chronic fleet reliability issue in their Chilean mine.
